Bank of America & its affiliates have came to an agreement to pay $8.5 Billion to settle claims from lenders selling poor quality mortgages. It was announced Wednesday.

Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan said Wednesday that the settlement would minimize "future economic uncertainty" in the banking business and "clean up the mortgage issues largely stemming from our purchase of Countrywide."

Peter Falk, the father of Columbo has died at his Beverly Hills, CA. The actor starred as Columbo in the 1971 series run on NBC. His daughter Catherine stated that he was suffering from Alzheimer's disease.

He is survived by his wife Shera and his two daughters.

Jackass Star Ryan Dunn Dies In Car Crash

Jackass star Ryan Dunn died in Pennysylvania in a car crash early this morning. He and an unidentified person both died in the car crash. It happened around 3 A.M. at Route 322 and New Street in West Goshen Township. His show will be taken off the air for the time being. Investigators are trying to see if speed played a role in the accident. Dunn's body was badly burned and his tatoos are what they could identify him by.

His years active as a stuntman performer was from 1997 to 2011.

Tonight in Game 6 Dirk and the Mavs racked up the 2011 NBA Title in Miami. They were too much for Lebron and the Heat. Jason Terry scored 27 points, Nowitski with 21 points to add to the win for the Mavs. As far the Heat, Lebron James with 21 points, and Wade with 17. Nowitski 32, Kidd 38 & Terry 33 got their first NBA Title ever. Lebron and the Heat are going to have to wait till next year to get a ring. They were to much for them this year.

“All those unique individual stories is what propelled us to this victory,” Terry said.

The Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat in Dallas tonight with a score of 112 to 103. Looks like Dirks medicine boosted his endurance tonight, and for the team. This is a game Miami should'nt of let go again. They are going to have to capitalize in Game 6 and make a remarkable comeback in Game 7. They have alot of thinking today now. Either come home and go hard or go hard while at home!!!!!
